18 Feb Blessing and Inauguration of the School Building
February 18, 2010 was indeed an auspicious day for all at Mount Carmel Central School. The blessing and inaugural function of the School building was held today. Rt. Rev. Dr. Aloysius Paul D’Souza, Bishop of Mangalore blessed the building and Sr. Liceria A.C., the assistant Superior General of the Congregation inaugurated the building.
Our Provincial Superior Sr. Olivia A.C., Fr. Antony Serrao, the Parish Preist of Bondel Church, Mrs. Bharati, the Corporator, Sr. Lydia A.C. and Sr. Carissima A.C. were present on the occasion.
The students put up three main programmes namely LKG a group song tralalala, UKG students on Chandamam, Classes 1 to 3 on “Child’s dream” and Classes 4 to 8 on International Integration. The building Engineer Mr. Sunil, Contractor Mr. Sanjeeva Dandekeri, Electrical contractors, supervisors were felicitated. Also two parents namely Nisha Albuquerque and Lavanya who assisted in the compilation of the ISA Dossier were also felicitated. The meritorious students were recognized. It was a happy day to all.
