“Bunnies” Entry into Mount Carmel School

“Teach them young” goes the saying. But here at Mount Carmel, we believe in “Teach them as tiny tots”.

The inauguration of “Bunnies Scheme”, the junior wing of Cubs/Bulbuls was held on 11 September, 2014at the school. A group of around 240 kids in the age group of 4 – 6 years were enrolled as Bunnies.

District Commissioner for Bharath Scouts & Guides, Mrs. Irene D’Cunha, Assistant Commissioner Mr. Josie Albuquerque, Principal Sr. Melissa, and Administrator Sr. Carissima along with the Bunnies, lit the lamp at the Inauguration of the Unit with the thunderous clapping of hands of other Bunnies.

The entire group sang some Bunnies songs with actions keeping to their motto “Keep Smiling”. The little Bunnies in their uniforms “An Apron with Bunny symbol”, looked very cute. They kept the programme lively with their bubbling energy and sweet smiling faces.
