Colourful Kids on the Stage at MCCS Kindergarten Day 2016

The Kindergarten section of Mount Carmel Central School was vibrant and buoyant on December 22nd as it brought to life the blended learning experiences of the kids on the stage to their parents with Rev. Fr. Pius James D’Souza, OCD, Director of Ryshivana as the Chief Guest of the day. The LKG A children through their prayer dance filled the minds of the audience with heavenly light while LKG B kids with their lively body coordination to the music welcomed the gathering with their dance.

The Principal Sr. Melissa while welcoming the audience ushered in the month of December with its flavor of love in action. The Nursery section took the audience to a jungle ride with their song Tarzan in Jungle ride and then the Teddy Bear Show, followed by their love song to Papa and Mamma. The LKG B children shone like stars on the stage as they danced to the tune of Taare Aasman se while LKG C section poured down torrents of rain from the cloudy sky through their dance.

The presentation of the annual report gave a glimpse of the flash back of what the tiny tots did inside and outdoor during the year 2016-17. The Harvest Dance of UKG C brought in memories of village life of Tender Coconut water, meal on a banana leaf and so on. LKG A kids made us proud of our heroes, the men of Indian Army at L.O.C.

Coming closer to the spirit of Christmas, UKG B children made us believe in the compassion of God who walks amidst us and the Christmas Bash of UKG D gave us the traditional presentation of Christmas with its true meaning. The Chief Guest spoke only three sentences one to the parents inviting them to be grateful to the institution and the teachers for looking after their children with love and care. To the tiny tots, to see the love with which their teachers do their best for them and today teachers need to be supported for their selfless service to the little ones, especially by the parents.

The sentiments of gratitude were expressed by Teacher Clara. The 12 MC’S of UKG did their best towards the smooth flow of the entire programme.
