26 Oct Our Swimmers win Medals in AICS Inter School Swimming Championship
In the AICS Inter-School Swimming Championships 2024 held for Udupi and D.K schools at The Yenepoya School, the swimmers of our school excelled by winning multiple medals across various events.
Individual Achievements:
Ronan Aaron Dsilva, Grade X, won a silver in the 200m individual medley, silver in the 50m breaststroke, and bronze in the 50m butterfly.
Reema A.S, Grade VII, secured a gold in the 50m backstroke and a silver in the 50m freestyle.
Shayden Prinston Rego, Grade V, earned silver in the 50m breaststroke.
Alita Dsouza, Grade IV, took home a silver in the 50m breaststroke.
Nishka Sonora Fernandes, Grade IV, bagged a silver in the 50m backstroke, bronze in the 50m butterfly, and bronze in the 200m individual medley.
Relay Team Performances:
The Girls Under-12 Freestyle Relay team won bronze, as did the Under-12 Medley Relay team, comprising Reema A.S (Grade VII), Princia Velora Lobo (Grade VII), Nishka Fernandes (Grade IV), and Alita DSouza (Grade IV).
